OPTIMAVENTURES CONSULTANCY – FZCO is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and operates Optima-CRM as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for customers in the Middle East, Pakistan, and other regions.
Optima-CRM is built on a licensed core technology originally developed by Optimasys Europe. OPTIMAVENTURES maintains a separate codebase and independently develops, enhances, and operates the Platform, including region-specific features and mobile applications.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Platform, including:

- Customer Data uploaded or generated through use of the Platform

Data processed through the Platform is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure provided by OVH Cloud. Customer Data may be stored or processed in multiple data centre locations and transferred across borders as part of normal service operations.

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with:
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Payment processors and service vendors
- Professional advisers or authorities where required by law
All third-party service providers are required to handle data in a manner consistent with this Policy.
